Reduced eating hours in effect

Every year I always say that I will finally get that summer body I’d been longing for since 2008 when I last weighed at 130 lbs. But it never happens. I always end up the same old blobby mess come June.

Well this year I am not having it. Even if it kills me I will have that summer body.

I have been doing intermittent fasting since January 1st this year. But the 16:8 isn’t doing it fast enough for me so I kicked it up a notch and am now doing 18:6.

That’s right. I only eat between 1 pm and 7 pm every day. Outside of those hours it’s just water or no-calorie beverages. 💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻

1 pm to 7 pm is the perfect window for me.  It covers brunch and early dinner, not that I eat both meals every day.  I usually skip one or the other.

It’s an adjustment, but I’ll deal.  I just hope this change finally gets me over my plateau.
