Only a few hours left in 2022. It’s been a generally crap year for me so I am glad to say good riddance to it.
This coming new year, I resolve to go back to my old fitness routine and have a better grip on my eating habits (I’m going to restart my intermittent fasting and really stick to it). I will also try to cut down on the alcohol, the consumption of which increased quite a bit since the Summer of this year. For a number of reasons.
Here’s hoping we all get a better set of circumstances in 2023! My body is ready! Bring it on!
